Job summary

Daksh Manpower And Skill Development in Haryana, India seeks a Lead NPD professional to drive new product development from RFQ to SOP. You will coordinate with OEMs and cross-functional teams to keep programs on track.

You will review drawings and GD&T, and push VA/VE, cost reduction and process improvements, while ensuring smooth project execution with Production, Quality, Purchase, Tool Room and Vendors.

ERP/SAP familiarity is preferred to align planning, procurement and manufacturing workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in sheet metal, press shop and fabrication processes, APQP and PPAP.
• Knowledge of FMEA, MSA, SPC and Control Plan.
• OEM coordination and documentation; ERP/SAP familiarity preferred.
