Job summary

Ashok Iron is seeking a lead engineer to drive end-to-end new product development for cylinder heads and engine blocks in our foundry. You will own APQP activities, including DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and SOPs, and apply 8D/Why-Why analysis for robust solutions.

Ideal candidates bring manufacturing engineering and process-improvement experience to optimize products from concept to production while collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end new product development for cylinder heads and engine blocks in foundry.
• Manage APQP activities, including DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, and SOP.
• Problem-solving skills using 8D, Why-Why analysis.
