Job summary

Alienkind is seeking a passionate NPD Executive to join our Product Development team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in food product development, recipe standardization, or kitchen R&D.

You will experiment with recipes, improve products, and work closely with operations to launch new offerings. Responsibilities include developing new recipes, trials, seasonal menus, SOPs, packaging concepts, and coordinating with ops to ensure smooth launches.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing new food products and recipes.

• Refine and optimize existing recipes for consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all products have detailed and accurate SOP recipes.
• Support seasonal menu development and limited-time product launches.
• Design packaging concepts and contribute to product presentation and branding.
• Plan and streamline logistics and operational cycles for newly developed products.
• Stay updated with current food trends and customer preferences.
