• Essential - 8+ years in product development/ R&D or process development roles.
• Desirable - Worked with flavors applications.
• Desirable - SAP, PowerPoint and MS Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaison with local marketing team for project management like Gantt charts, NPD meeting updates and samples sharing.
• Scheduling and completing all NPD trials in coordination with local manufacturing team.
• Coordinate with production and SCM teams for commercialization of NPDs.
• Regularly interact with Group R&D team for technology transfer and trials reporting.
• Creating documents related to NPD and uploading BOMs in SAP.
• Ensuring ownership of stability testing and regulatory compliances for relevant products.
• Participate in GMP, Food Safety internal audits and have awareness about quality of products.
• Ensure material connectivity and flawless execution of industrial trials.
• Maintain R&D documentation like PDR recipes, Stability tests, decay study etc.
• BOM updates on SAP - Ensure timely availability of RM codes and SFG codes for NPDs.
• Executing BOM budgeting exercise.
• Ownership of NPD labs: Ensure right equipment and man power allocation as per project priorities.

• 7. Ensure participation in GMP, Food Safety internal audits and have awareness about quality of products.

• Accurate data with right scrap factors before launch.
• Completion of budget exercise as per timelines.
• Optimal utilization with zero overtime.

Qualifications / Certifications

• Essential - Graduate in Food technology/Science, Chemical Technology or Dairy Technology.

Knowledge

• Essential - Product development in confectionery and allied industry.
• Desirable - Worked with flavors applications. Application of SAP, Fluent with Power point and MS Excel.

Experience

• Essential - 8+ years in product development/ R&D or process development roles.
• Desirable - 6-8 years in Food B2C companies.
