Job description

Manager - Process and Product Development

This role will be primarily responsible for:

1. Liaising with the local marketing team for overall project management, including preparing Gantt charts, NPD meeting updates, and samples sharing.
2. Scheduling and completing all NPD trials in a timely manner in coordination with the local manufacturing team.
3. Coordinating with production and SCM teams for the commercialization of NPDs.
4. Interacting regularly with the Group R&D team for technology transfer and trial reporting.
5. Creating documents related to NPD and uploading BOMs in SAP.
6. Ensuring ownership of stability testing and regulatory compliance for relevant products.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Food Technology/Science, Chemical Technology, Dairy Technology, or Postgraduate in Food Technology (Preferred).

Desired Candidate:

• Experience with flavor applications.
• Proficiency in SAP, PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
• 6-8 years of experience in product development/R&D or process development roles within Food B2C companies.
