• 8–12 years of experience in New Product Development or RD in the Food/Beverage/FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and labeling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end new product development from concept to commercialization.
• Develop and optimize product formulations, recipes, and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct laboratory, pilot, and production trials to validate product performance.
