Job summary

Sunshine Consultancy Chennai seeks an experienced Strategic Leadership professional for New Product Development in the automotive machining sector. You will drive NPD from concept through RFQ to first production, lead the development team, and ensure performance against targets.

You will engage customers, coordinate suppliers and subcontractors, and focus on NPD cost analysis and continuous improvements, leveraging GD&T and IATF QMS expertise.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in Automotive Machining Industry with 7+ years in NPD leadership
• High level expertise in GD&T, Raw Material standards, Automotive Core Tools & IATF QMS

Required Candidate profile

10-15 years of experience in the Automotive Machining Industry, with at least 7 years in a NPD leadership role.
