Job summary

Credresolve is seeking an NPA/Write-Off Recovery Executive to manage delinquent and written-off accounts in Gurgaon/Gurugram. You will drive recovery efforts, contact customers for payments, and negotiate settlements as per company guidelines.

The role requires hands-on NPA/Write-Off recovery experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a target-driven approach. Compensation is based on overall experience and profile, with a monthly salary range of 15,000 to 20,000 INR.

Responsibilities

• Handle NPA and Write-Off accounts and drive recovery of outstanding dues.
• Contact customers and follow up for payment recovery.
• Negotiate with customers for repayment/settlement as per company guidelines.
• Follow up on PTPs and ensure timely collections.
• Achieve assigned recovery targets.
• Maintain accurate collection records and daily MIS.
• Handle difficult and overdue accounts professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams for recovery-related activities.
• Ensure recovery processes are followed as per company policies.
