Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of non-IT recruitment professionals.
• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple clients and hiring mandates.
• Manage hiring across BFSI, Healthcare, BPO/KPO, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and other non-IT sectors.
• Handle recruitment across entry-level, mid-level, and senior-level positions.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and talent acquisition plans.
• Drive market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitor hiring analysis.
• Monitor and improve team performance against key recruitment metrics, including TAT, productivity, closures, conversion ratios, and quality of hire.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely, high-quality recruitment delivery.
• Identify recruitment process gaps and implement effective process improvements.
• Leverage recruitment technology, automation, and AI-powered sourcing tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and support team development.
