Job summary

Experis in Pune (Kalyani Nagar) is seeking a Team Lead with 5–7 years of BFSI recruitment experience. The role requires leading a recruitment team, coordinating end-to-end sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes. Immediate joiners preferred and a 6-day work week with on-site requirements.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills and hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools to drive KRAs and delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in BFSI recruitment or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead a recruitment team and manage end-to-end processes.
• Experience using ATS and standard recruitment tools.
