NeoDym Technologies is actively seeking a motivated US Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. You will source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various non-IT roles across the US market, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, familiar with recruitment processes, and thrive in a fast-paced staffing environment, with willingness to work US night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment or staffing is preferred.
• Understanding of US recruitment processes and non-IT job markets.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, and candidate sourcing tools.
• Ability to understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
• Willingness to work the US night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for US Non-IT job openings through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Recruit for industries such as Healthcare, Finance & Accounting, Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Legal, and Skilled Trades.
• Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and assess their interest and availability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates and clients regarding interview feedback, selection, and onboarding.
• Work closely with team leads and account managers to understand client requirements.
• Meet daily and weekly sourcing, screening, and placement targets.
