• Knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, ATS.

• Review and screen resumes based on client/job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates through the hiring process.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely closures.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/recruitment database.
• Work toward daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-driven U.S. Non-IT Staffing Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Uppal, Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will have experience or strong interest in U.S. staffing and recruitment, particularly in sourcing candidates for Non-IT/Light Industrial, Administrative, Healthcare, Customer Service, Logistics, Construction, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Skilled & Semi-Skilled and other U.S. staffing requirements.

What You'll Do

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for U.S. Non-IT staffing requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, resume databases, social media, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Review and screen resumes based on client/job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
• Understand candidate skills, experience, availability and job preferences.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain and develop a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely closures.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS/recruitment database.
• Consistently work toward daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Who We're Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment/staffing, preferably U.S. Staffing / U.S. Recruitment / Non-IT Recruitment.
• Candidates with 6 months–3 years of relevant U.S. staffing experience are highly preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in U.S. staffing may also be considered.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with U.S. business hours.
• Strong sourcing, screening, follow-up and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, ATS, resume databases, etc., is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.

Compensation

CTC: Up to ₹5–6 LPA, depending on relevant experience, U.S. staffing exposure, skills and interview performance.
