Job summary

Trinite Consulting India Ltd is seeking an experienced US IT & Non-IT Recruiter to join our Hyderabad office. With 4–7 years in US staffing and recruitment, you will cover end-to-end lifecycle for IT and Non-IT roles, manage client SLAs, and build strong candidate pipelines.

You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals, coordinate interviews, and work with Account Managers and clients to close placements in a fast-paced environment. 5 days WFO; US night shift.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience recruiting both IT and Non-IT positions.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, CEIPAL, or similar is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies and understand job descriptions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.

• Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Job Description

Trinite Consulting India Ltd is looking for an experienced US IT & Non-IT Recruiter with 47 years of hands-on experience in US Staffing and Recruitment.

The ideal candidate must have experience recruiting for both IT and Non-IT requirements and should be comfortable managing the complete recruitment lifecycle independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT and Non-IT requirements.
• Understand job descriptions and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, availability, compensation, and job requirements.
• Source both active and passive candidates.
• Submit qualified candidates within client timelines and SLAs.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, follow-ups, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and prioritize urgent positions.
• Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Work closely with clients, vendors, Account Managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Experience & Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience recruiting both IT and Non-IT positions.
• Strong end-to-end US recruitment experience.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals.
• Strong Boolean and X-Ray Search skills.
• Good understanding of US recruitment practices and work authorization.
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong target orientation and placement closure experience.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, CEIPAL, or similar is preferred.
