Job summary

Techno Comp (TCI) is seeking a motivated Non-IT Recruiter to join our Hyderabad team. You will source, screen, and hire candidates for non-technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and manage the full recruitment cycle.

The ideal candidate has proven recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and close offers. Healthcare domain recruitment experience is a plus.
