D-tech Management Resource is seeking a Non I.T. HR Recruiter in India to lead recruitment activities across various domains. You will supervise a team of recruiters, post jobs on major portals, and drive the full lifecycle from sourcing to post-offer follow-up.

The role emphasizes prescreening, candidate qualification, client coordination, and salary negotiations within budgets. You will manage candidate data and ensure timely communication through the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and handle the team of recruiters.
• Post jobs on portals like naukri.com and LinkedIn.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to post-offer follow up.
• Pre-screen and qualify candidates for fit and eligibility.
• Search and screen profiles based on client requirements and assignments.
• Collect work experience, compensation expectations, location, notice period, and interview availability.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule interviews and follow up on outcomes.
• Negotiate salary within budget and communicate offers to candidates.
• Assist with post-joining documentation and keep candidates informed.
• Maintain status reports for shortlisted and joined candidates.

• Manage Entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, mass mailing, selection, post offer follow up.
• Prescreening and qualifying candidates to check their interest, confidence, communication skills and eligibility for the requirement.
• Searching and screening suitable profiles as per the Client's requirement based on the experiences in the industry, skills and assignments/projects to be handled.
• Gathering information from the candidates like (Work experience, present and expected compensation, location/relocation information, Notice Period, availability for the interview).
• Review applications and conduct their initial round of screening to check fitment and provide necessary information about job before sending their profile to the client.
• Interacting with clients to schedule interview (Telephonic, face to face, Skype) for shortlisted candidates, follow-up to ensure interviews happen.
• Responsible for salary negotiation with selected candidates within the budget.
• Following up with the offered candidates regarding per-joining documentation and keeping them well informed till the time they join.
• Maintaining reports for the status of shortlisted, joined candidates.
