• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles including:
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess skills and culture fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation.
• Follow up with candidates through the entire hiring lifecycle until onboarding 🤝.
• Meet hiring timelines and ensure quick closures.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
• Prior experience hiring for Collections, AR Calling, DRA & Creative roles.
• Good understanding of the recruitment life cycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
