HappieHire is a growing recruitment and staffing company connecting businesses with the right talent across multiple industries in Bengaluru and beyond. We are seeking high-energy Non-IT Recruiters who enjoy talking to people, handling multiple requirements, and closing positions.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles, source candidates through portals like Naukri and LinkedIn, screen via calls, coordinate interviews, and drive offers and joining.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring for Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Healthcare, HR.
• Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Ownership and closure mindset.
• Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in recruitment may also be considered.

Responsibilities
