The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment for various IT roles, collaborating with clients, and achieving hiring targets. Ideal candidates will have 2–8 years of experience in IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and be proficient in ATS systems. This full-time position is based in Gurugram with shifts from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of relevant experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple IT skill categories.
• Drive proactive sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
• Build and manage a robust candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet hiring needs.
• Ensure timely closures and monthly hiring targets.
• Maintain detailed candidate records and reports.

About the Role

We are seeking passionate IT Recruiters & Senior IT Recruiters to join our Domestic Staffing team. The role involves managing full‑cycle recruitment for niche and super‑niche IT roles, supporting both contract and FTE models, and ensuring seamless coordination with clients and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple IT skill categories (Cloud, Data, ERP, and Emerging Tech).
• Drive proactive sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement through job portals, ATS, referrals, and headhunting.
• Build and manage a robust candidate pipeline for subcontract and FTE roles.
• Collaborate closely with internal delivery and account teams to meet client hiring needs and SLA expectations.
• Develop strong understanding of GSI account structures and support embedded delivery hiring models.
• Ensure timely closures and monthly hiring targets through structured follow‑ups and analytics.
• Maintain detailed candidate records and reports via ATS and internal tools.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of relevant experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.

Required Skills

• Hands‑on experience in sourcing and closing roles for Cloud, Data, ERP, Cybersecurity, and Product Engineering domains.
• Proficiency in ATS systems, sourcing portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong headhunting and candidate engagement skills.
• Familiarity with GSI account recruitment or large enterprise staffing models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
