Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a NOC Engineer/Manager for Hyderabad to join a 24x7 NOC operation. You will monitor networks in real time, handle incidents, manage alarms and tickets, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain service availability and SLA compliance. Rotational shifts and 5 days a week WFO are required.

Prior experience in telecom/ISP NOC operations, IP networking, DOCSIS/HFC, and ITIL/CCNA knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in real-time monitoring and incident handling in NOC operations.
• Familiarity with DOCSIS, HFC, CMTS and broadband tech.
• Knowledge of ITIL and CCNA preferred.
• Role based in Hyderabad with rotational shifts and WFO.
