Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Network Operations/OC role with 2–6 years in Telecom/ISP NOC operations. The position involves network monitoring, incident management, and coordinating with international clients in a 24x7 rotational shift.

Work mode is office-based (5 days/week) with a notice period of immediate to 90 days. The role requires strong IP networking, routing & switching, ITIL awareness, and familiarity with DOCSIS/HFC/CMTS and broadband technologies.

Qualifications

• 2–6 Years experience in Telecom/ISP NOC Operations
• Strong network monitoring and ITSM familiarity
• Proficient in IP networking, routing & switching
• Experience with incident management and ticketing tools
• Capability to troubleshoot and coordinate with stakeholders
• Knowledge of DOCSIS, HFC, CMTS, broadband technologies
• Voice, Video, Wi-Fi and mobile tech understanding
• ITIL knowledge is a plus; CCNA certification is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and international client handling skills
