Capgemini Engineering Hyderabad is seeking an experienced NOC operations professional to monitor networks, manage incidents, and coordinate with international clients. The role requires 2–6 years of relevant experience, rotational 24x7 shifts, and a work-from-office setup with five days per week.

Experience in telecom/ISP NOC operations, ITIL knowledge, and CCNA is preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to handle stakeholders are essential for success in this position.
