Qualifications

• Experience in Telecom/ISP NOC operations.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and ITSM tools.
• Knowledge of IP networking, routing and switching.
• Experience in incident management and using ticketing tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of DOCSIS, HFC, CMTS and broadband technologies.
• Experience with voice, video, Wi-Fi and mobile technologies.
• ITIL knowledge is preferred.
• CCNA certification is a helpful addition.
