Job summary

ContinuServe is hiring a Senior NOC Engineer to ensure high availability across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will monitor infrastructure, manage incidents, and drive automation and improvements with hands-on work in Windows, Linux, VMware, Azure, and AWS.

The role requires 5–7 years in NOC/infra operations, familiarity with SolarWinds/Site24x7/Moogsoft, and ITIL-based processes. Remote work with periodic travel to base offices in India is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of NOC/infrastructure operations experience.
• Hands-on with SolarWinds, Site24x7, Moogsoft or equivalents.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, VMware, AD, DNS, DHCP, and networking.
• Experience with SCCM/WSUS/Intune/ManageEngine patching tools.
• Exposure to Azure/AWS monitoring and administration.
• Proficient in ITIL processes and scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python).
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents, escalations, RCA and SLA-driven resolution.

• Oversee patching, server health, capacity planning and maintenance.

• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud and Security teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and handle technical escalations.
