Opstree Global is seeking a proactive NOC/IT Operations Engineer to monitor, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise IT infrastructure and applications. You will ensure system availability and coordinate incident responses across cloud and on-prem environments.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, networking, Linux/Windows environments, cloud platforms, and observability tools, with a focus on incident management and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled NOC / IT Operations Engineer to monitor, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise IT infrastructure and applications. The role will be responsible for ensuring system availability, responding to incidents, monitoring infrastructure performance, and coordinating timely resolution of operational issues.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of NOC/IT Operations, infrastructure monitoring, networking, Linux/Windows environments, cloud platforms, and observability tools.
Monitor network, servers, applications, and infrastructure using enterprise monitoring and observability tools.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and application alerts and incidents.
Perform L1/L2 operational support and elevate complex issues to relevant technical teams.
Manage incidents, problems, service requests, and changes in accordance with IT operations processes.
Monitor system availability, performance, capacity, and critical infrastructure metrics.
Analyze alerts and logs to identify potential performance or availability issues.
Coordinate with infrastructure, network, cloud, security, and application teams for incident resolution.
Maintain accurate incident records, troubleshooting steps, and resolution documentation.
Participate in incident escalation, root cause analysis, and post-incident activities.
Follow defined SLA, escalation, and operational procedures.
Support infrastructure across Linux and Windows environments.
Monitor cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
Work in rotational shifts to ensure continuous infrastructure and operational support.
Strong understanding of NOC / IT Operations processes.
Good knowledge of network and infrastructure monitoring.
Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Experience working with ticketing and monitoring tools.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of Linux and Windows infrastructure.
Basic-to-good understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
Good understanding of networking concepts, including:
TCP/IP
DNS
HTTP/HTTPS
VPN
Firewall
Load Balancer
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as:
Grafana
Prometheus
Nagios
Zabbix
ELK / OpenSearch
Datadog / New Relic or equivalent tools
Strong communication and escalation-management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on NOC/IT Operations professional with strong monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to production incidents in a 24×7 operational environment.
