Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India is seeking a Nice CXOne Developer with 7–8 years of hands-on experience to design, implement, and optimize contact center solutions.

You will work on NICE CXone and Cisco UCCE/UCCX, cloud architectures on AWS/Azure, REST APIs, and scripting to deliver scalable integrations across on-prem and cloud environments. Chennai/Bengaluru/Hyderabad, etc., are potential hubs. Strong SIP/VoIP and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with NICE CXone and Cisco UCCE/UCCX.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP and enterprise telephony.
• Experience building cloud-based contact center solutions on AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency with CXone CCaaS, Studio, APIs and scripting.
• Programming skills in JavaScript, Python or .NET.
• Understanding of CXone architecture and call routing.

Experience Range: 7 – 8 Years

Location: Chennai/Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Kolkata/NCR/Mumbai

Must Have:

• Strong expertise in NICE CXone and Cisco UCCE/UCCX
• contact center platforms, with a solid foundation in SIP, VoIP, and enterprise telephony.
• Experienced in cloud architectures on AWS and Azure, and skilled in API, middleware, and enterprise system integrations to enable seamless, scalable contact center solutions.
• Hands-on exposure to NICE CXone CCaaS.
• Strong understanding of NICE CXone architecture and Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX), along with practical experience in SIP, VoIP, and telephony integrations.
• ith hands-on expertise in NICE CXone IVR and Bot development using Mpower Studio.
• Strong practical experience with NICE CXone development tools including Studio, APIs, and scripting, along with solid understanding of Cisco UCCE/UCCX call flows and routing logic.
• Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or .NET, and experienced in REST APIs, web services, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML) for enterprise integrations.
