Job summary

Cubix Tech in Pune, India seeks a skilled NICE CXone Developer Engineer to design, develop, implement and customize NICE CXone applications. The role builds integrations with CRM/WFM systems and guides migrations from Cisco platforms to NICE CXone.

Responsibilities include working with CXone APIs, building automation scripts, and developing chat/voice AI flows using Cognigy AI or Omilia AI. Collaboration with infra and QA teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, developing, implementing and customizing NICE CXone applications.
• Ability to build integrations between CXone and enterprise systems (CRM, WFM, reporting tools).
• Experience migrating from Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX) to NICE CXone.
• Translate Cisco call flows and routing scripts into NICE CXone equivalents.

• Work with NICE CXone APIs, RESTful services, and connectors for third-party systems.
• Develop automation scripts for provisioning and configuration.
• Collaborate with infrastructure engineers, QA teams, and Cisco/NICE support.
• Prepare technical documentation, migration guides, and code repositories.
• Build conversation AI flows (chatbot, voicebot) with Cognigy AI or Omilia AI.
