Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate and consume REST APIs for contact center workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
• (Good to have) Hands-on experience with digital channels such as NICE DFO Chat.
• Troubleshoot and optimize NICE CXone applications for performance and reliability.
