Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to NICE CXone CCaaS.
• Strong understanding of NICE CXone architecture and Cisco call flows with SIP/VoIP integrations.
• Experience with NICE CXone IVR and Bot development using Mpower Studio.
• Proficient in NICE CXone development tools including Studio, APIs and scripting.

• Experienced in cloud architectures on AWS and Azure, and skilled in API, middleware, and enterprise system integrations to enable seamless, scalable contact center solutions.

• Strong understanding of NICE CXone architecture and Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX), along with practical experience in SIP, VoIP, and telephony integrations.
• ith hands-on expertise in NICE CXone IVR and Bot development using Mpower Studio.
• Strong practical experience with NICE CXone development tools including Studio, APIs, and scripting, along with solid understanding of Cisco UCCE/UCCX call flows and routing logic.
