Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad seeks an experienced NICE CXone Developer Engineer to design, develop, and customize CXone applications, ensuring seamless call routing and automation.

You will build integrations with CRM and WFM systems, migrate from Cisco UCCE/UCCX to CXone, translate legacy call flows into CXone equivalents, and collaborate with infrastructure and QA teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in contact center related technologies and experience in NICE CXone IVR & Bot Development using Mpower studio
• Hands-on experience with NICE CXone development (Studio, APIs, scripting)
• Strong understanding of Cisco UCCE/UCCX call flows and routing logic
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize NICE CXone applications
