Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Nexthink SME to design, implement, and optimize endpoint analytics, DEX insights, and automated remediation across PAN INDIA. Qualifications

• 5 to 12 years of experience with Nexthink or similar endpoint analytics platforms.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing DEX-driven insights and dashboards.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable analytics and automation use cases.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML-driven IT operations (AIOps) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITSM integrations (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Experience in data ingestion, telemetry pipelines, and API usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Nexthink platform implementation and configuration (Collector, Engine, Portal).
• Analyze endpoint telemetry (CPU, memory, disk, app performance) and user experience data.
• Develop dashboards for device health, application experience, and end-user metrics.
• Produce DEX insights and actionable recommendations for Service Desk and IT Ops.
• Build remote actions and automation to enable automated remediation.
• Integrate with ITSM tools and automation platforms.
• Design data ingestion strategies and leverage Nexthink APIs (Export, NQL).
• Collaborate with AIOps teams to enable anomaly detection and predictive insights.
• Support governance, best practices, and scalable data usage.

We are seeking an experienced Nexthink SME to design, implement, and optimize endpoint analytics, digital employee experience (DEX), and automated remediation solutions using Nexthink. The role focuses on leveraging device telemetry, user experience data, and remote actions to improve IT operations and end-user productivity.

1. Nexthink Platform Implementation & Configuration

• Implement and configure Nexthink platform components:
  • Nexthink Collector (endpoint agents)
  • Nexthink Engine / Portal
• Enable device-level data collection across:
  • Applications, systems, and user activities
• Support Nexthink deployments across enterprise environments

2. Endpoint Analytics & Monitoring

• Analyze endpoint data including:
  • CPU, memory, disk usage, and application performance
  • Application crashes, freezes, and responsiveness
  • Device health and performance trends

3. Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Insights

• Leverage Nexthink to measure and improve:
  • Digital Experience scores (DEX)
  • User productivity and collaboration experience
• Provide actionable insights to:
  • Service Desk teams
  • IT Operations and Engineering teams

4. Dashboard Development & Reporting

• Design and develop Nexthink dashboards for:
  • Device health and endpoint performance
  • Application experience (e.g., Teams performance)
  • User experience metrics
• Enable real-time and executive reporting

5. Remote Actions & Automation

• Develop and deploy Nexthink remote actions for:
  • Automated troubleshooting and remediation
  • One-click fixes for common issues
• Integrate Nexthink automation with:
  • ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
  • Automation platforms (OneEngine, TechBuddy)

6. Data Engineering & Integration

• Work with Nexthink data APIs:
  • Export API, NQL (Nexthink Query Language)
  • Data lake integrations
• Design optimized data ingestion strategies:
  • Filtered datasets for scalability
  • Near-real-time telemetry pipelines

7. AIOps & AI Integration

• Collaborate with AIOps / AI teams to:
  • Feed endpoint telemetry into analytics platforms
  • Enable anomaly detection and predictive insights
• Support intelligent automation and self-healing use cases

8. Troubleshooting & Incident Support

• Support IT operations teams with:
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using endpoint data
  • Correlation of logs, user activity, and device performance
• Assist in resolving user issues faster using actionable insights

9. Governance & Best Practices

• Define Nexthink best practices:
  • Data usage and retention
  • Dashboard and reporting standards
• Ensure secure handling of device and user data
• Manage scalability constraints (data volume, API limits)

10. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with:
  • Service Desk and IT operations teams
  • Platform and automation teams
  • Business stakeholders
• Translate business needs into Nexthink analytics and automation use cases
