Are you an experienced Nexthink Administrator with expertise in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and endpoint analytics? We're looking for a skilled professional to help transform workplace experiences by leveraging Nexthink, automation, and proactive endpoint management.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the Nexthink platform across enterprise environments
• Develop and optimize NQL (Nexthink Query Language) queries for monitoring and reporting
• Monitor and improve Digital Employee Experience (DEX) using Nexthink analytics
• Deploy and manage Nexthink Collectors across enterprise endpoints
• Integrate Nexthink with ServiceNow for automated incident and workflow management
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell for proactive remediation and endpoint optimization
• Configure and monitor DEX Scores to improve end-user experience
• Build custom dashboards, reports, and analytics for operational insights
• Integrate enterprise systems using REST APIs and support automation initiatives

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Nexthink Administration and endpoint management
• Strong expertise in Nexthink, NQL (Nexthink Query Language), and Digital Employee Experience (DEX)
• Hands‑on experience with Collector Deployment and platform administration
• Experience integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell
• Experience with Proactive Remediation, DEX Score, and endpoint optimization
• Knowledge of REST APIs, automation, and custom dashboard creation
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Certification

Certified Nexthink Administrator (Preferred)

Qualification
