Responsibilities

• Administer and operate the Nexthink cloud platform and Portal
• Support Nexthink Collector deployment, updates, and ongoing health monitoring
• Configure and maintain dashboards, investigations, campaigns, alerts, and reports
• Analyze experience data to identify trends, recurring issues, and degradation patterns
• Translate business requirements into digital experience metrics and insights
• Develop, test, and maintain Nexthink automations and remediation actions
• Create and maintain remediation scripts using PowerShell and Bash
• Support extensions of Nexthink functionality using API-based integrations
• Assist with integrations between Nexthink and ServiceNow or endpoint management platforms
