Job summary

PineQ Lab Technology is seeking a skilled Nexthink Platform Specialist to manage, optimize, and drive our DEX monitoring capabilities. You will lead platform administration, develop dashboards and remote actions, conduct root cause analysis, and build automated workflows to prevent IT incidents.

The role requires 4–6 years of Nexthink experience, strong scripting, and hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow, Power Automate, or Python automation.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of Nexthink Platform Management experience.
• Experience building Nexthink dashboards, campaigns, remote actions, and custom use cases.
• Strong scripting, DEX monitoring, and proactive remediation.
• Familiar with ServiceNow, Power Automate, or Python automation.
• Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Asset, Problem, and Change Management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration: Configure, maintain, and upgrade the Nexthink platform, including patches, connectors, and access control management.
• DEX & Endpoint Monitoring: Design and implement OOTB and custom use cases, campaigns, score definitions, and dashboards to track endpoint health, application performance, login times, and network latency.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop custom scripts and remote actions for automated issue detection, proactive remediation, and patch compliance.
• Integrations & Incident Prevention: Integrate Nexthink data/insights with ServiceNow, Power Automate, or Python-based automation tools; perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to drive preventive actions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Service Desk, Workplace Engineering, and application support teams to resolve DEX-related issues.
• Documentation: Create and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and training materials.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nexthink Platform Specialist to manage, optimize, and drive our Digital Employee Experience (DEX) monitoring capabilities. In this role, you will lead platform administration, develop custom dashboards and remote actions, conduct root cause analysis, and build automated workflows to proactively prevent IT incidents across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Administration: Configure, maintain, and upgrade the Nexthink platform, including patches, connectors, and access control management.
• DEX & Endpoint Monitoring: Design and implement OOTB and custom use cases, campaigns, score definitions, and dashboards to track endpoint health, application performance, login times, and network latency.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop custom scripts and remote actions for automated issue detection, proactive remediation, and patch compliance.

• Hands-on experience or familiarity with ServiceNow, Power Automate, or Python automation.
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Asset, Problem, and Change Management).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
