Qualifications

• Willingness to travel frequently and work in flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support business operations and development team in planning and execution of new store openings.
• Coordinate procurement and installation of equipment, furniture, and other site requirements.
• Conduct site recce and ensure operational readiness prior to launch.
• Track inventory requirements and café sales predictability to ensure stock availability during launch.
• Assist café managers in achieving operational stability post-launch within defined timelines.
• Liaison between projects and operations team to ensure smooth handover of projects, document and track progress.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Ops, BD, Legal, Design, Procurement) to align on timelines and deliverables.
