Responsibilities

• Transform back office and network operations to reduce time‑to‑market, grow revenue, improve customer experience, and increase capex efficiency.
• Manage and process billing for network services: generate invoices, track payments, resolve billing issues, maintain billing records, handle customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with billing policies.
• Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems, minimize impact of IT infrastructure errors, conduct root cause analysis, and initiate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with peers within Accenture and interact with clients and management as required.
• Operate with minimal daily instruction, making decisions that impact own work and possibly others.
• May oversee a small work effort or team as an individual contributor.
• Work in rotational shifts if required.
