Job summary

Skytel Teleservices Pvt. Ltd. in Kolkata seeks an on-site IT technician to install, maintain, and repair computer hardware, CCTV systems, and biometric devices.

You will support LAN/Wi‑Fi networks, troubleshoot connectivity, and log service records during on-site calls. Diploma/ITI or degree in Electronics/IT/Networking and 1–4 years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI/graduate in Electronics, IT, or Networking.
• 1-4 years' experience in hardware, CCTV, biometric, and network support.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP and cabling.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware.
• Set up and troubleshoot CCTV systems (cameras, DVR/NVR, cabling).
• Install and manage biometric devices, including user enrollment.
• Provide network support: LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, switches, connectivity issues.
• Handle on-site service calls and keep service records.
