Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Engineer with hands‑on experience in networking, VSAT installations, Wi‑Fi deployment, and technical field support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site surveys, installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys for networking, VSAT, Wi‑Fi, passive cabling, and communication infrastructure projects.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot VSAT systems and related hardware.
• Deploy and support routers, switches, and SD‑WAN devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Wi‑Fi networks and connectivity solutions.
• Perform installation and support of video conferencing systems and related equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and on‑site troubleshooting activities.
• Support hardware installations, replacements, and basic fault resolution.
• Assist with infrastructure‑related work including cabling, power, UPS, and allied technical systems.
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports, service reports, and status updates.
• Coordinate with project, operations, and support teams for timely issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
