We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresher to join our team as Network Field Engineer. The role offers an opportunity to build hands‑on experience in network troubleshooting, configuration, and customer support while working on client projects.

Designation: Network Field Engineer
Location: Pune
Experience: 0-1 Year

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic network troubleshooting and technical guidance to customers.
• Perform basic network configuration and troubleshooting related to LAN and WAN connectivity.
• Monitor, establish, and maintain network performance and connectivity.
• Work with networking tools such as Console Cable and PuTTY.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of networking concepts and the OSI model.
• Visit client locations to troubleshoot and resolve network-related escalations.
• Work on and troubleshoot basic routing protocols, including:
• EIGRP
• OSPF
• Static Routing
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely resolution of network issues.
• Perform field‑based activities as required by project requirements.
• Be willing to travel to client locations as and when required.
