Job summary

Ample Technologies is hiring for a field-oriented network technician responsible for the end-to-end deployment and maintenance of customer networks. You will install and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and APs, perform site surveys, and document network diagrams and BOMs for each project.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco/Aruba gear, understanding of LAN/WAN, IP schemes, and basic security concepts, plus travel to client sites for on-site support and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or graduate in electronics, IT, networking or related field.
• Hands-on experience with networking equipment (Cisco, Aruba, etc.).
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and basic networking concepts.
• Experience in structured cabling and rack installations.
• Ability to read and understand network diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of tools like crimping, cable testing, multimeter, etc.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
