Job summary

Prodigy Systems and Services is seeking a Network Administrator to manage the day-to-day IT and network infrastructure, ensuring secure connectivity for all employees. You will support desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals, and oversee LAN, VPN, and firewall configurations alongside ISP coordination.

The role requires knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, routers and switches, plus strong troubleshooting and communication skills. CCNA is a plus. Hyderabad on-site opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration.
• Experience with LAN, VPN and Firewall, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Experience desktop/laptop troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of routers, switches and Wi‑Fi networks.
• ISP coordination and internet connectivity management.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• CCNA certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide technical support for office desktops, laptops, printers and other IT peripherals.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware, software and operating systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and network connectivity.
• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot VPN and Firewall.
• Monitor internet connectivity and coordinate with ISPs for installation, troubleshooting and service-related issues.
• Provide timely technical support to employees and resolve IT/network-related issues.
• Maintain IT asset records and basic network/infrastructure documentation.
• Ensure network security, availability and smooth day-to-day IT operations.
