Job summary

Techvaria Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a hands-on Network & Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage and secure our IT environment across multiple locations. The role emphasizes strong expertise in Microsoft 365 design and administration, ManageEngine tools, and endpoint security.

You will handle Active Directory, user access, onboarding/offboarding, patching, audits, and network security. The position requires 3–6 years of experience and a practical approach to IT governance and cross-location

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ManageEngine DLP and Endpoint Central.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 design, implementation & administration.
• Experience in endpoint security, patch management, and audits.
• Basic networking and security knowledge.
• Microsoft certifications (M365 / Azure).
• Experience managing IT for multi-location team.

Responsibilities
