Job summary

A leading IT consulting firm in Hyderabad is looking for an experienced API Automation Tester with over 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in backend API automation testing using tools like Rest Assured and Specflow. Strong knowledge in C# and relational databases is required. Excellent communication skills are a must, and the role requires onsite presence five days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in backend API automation testing using Rest Assured API with Specflow or any equivalent API automation testing tool
• API automation testing with Bruno, Postman
• Having very good knowledge on all method types
• Proficient in BDD framework, Specflow, like Cucumber
• Experience in TestNG, Gradle / Maven and basic concepts in Java or .NET
• Having strong knowledge in C# OOP concepts, control flow, method handling, data structures
• Experience with relational databases like SQL Server
• Any cloud knowledge. GCP preferred
• Excellent communication and demonstrate interpersonal skills

Nice to have

• Experience in PCF and GCP
• MongoDB
• Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Agile methodologies
• Onsite (All 5 days)
