Job summary

PradeepIT Consulting Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a hands-on Backend API automation tester with 5+ years of experience. You will work on backend API automation using Rest Assured or equivalent tools, implement BDD with Cucumber, and leverage SQL Server, messaging systems, and cloud technologies to deliver robust test automation solutions.

The role requires strong OOP and data structures knowledge, plus excellent communication to collaborate across teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend API automation testing using Rest Assured or equivalent tools.
• Proficient in BDD framework like Cucumber.
• Strong knowledge of OOP concepts and data structures.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server.
• Familiarity with messaging systems (RabbitMQ/ IBM MQ); Kafka preferred.
• Cloud knowledge with GCP preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
