We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Automation QA Engineer with solid experience in API Testing, particularly using Java, Rest Assured, Postman, and Cucumber BDD. The ideal candidate will work on automation testing for a high-performance e-commerce platform, contributing to the testing of microservices and event-driven architectures.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java (minimum 3–4 years)
• Expertise in API Testing (minimum 3–4 years)
• Solid experience with Rest Assured and POSTMAN
• Experience with Cucumber BDD for unit testing
• Familiarity with microservices testing and RESTful APIs
• Exposure to Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)
• Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and test-driven development
• Working knowledge of Git and bug tracking tools
• Ability to estimate testing effort and timelines effectively

Desired Skills
