Job summary

CODERS BRAIN is seeking a Lead Production Support Engineer ( .NET & Python ) to lead L2/L3 production support for critical healthcare applications and integration workflows. The candidate should demonstrate strong communication, incident management, and automation capabilities.

You will mentor a team, coordinate with cross-functional groups, and drive RCA and minor fixes using C#/.NET and Python-based automation. Hybrid work model, with 2-3 days in office across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Application/Production Support.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, Python, and SQL Server.
• Expertise in troubleshooting REST APIs, integrations, middleware, and database issues.
• Experience with healthcare applications and integration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead L2/L3 production support for healthcare integrations and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving APIs, middleware, logs, and SQL databases.
• Perform RCA and implement minor fixes/enhancements in C#/.NET.
• Develop Python-based automation scripts for monitoring, configuration validation, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with Support, Development, QA, and Infra for incident resolution, hotfixes, and releases.
• Monitor integration endpoints for performance bottlenecks and reliability.
• Maintain knowledge base articles and support docs.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support and major incident management.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership for production support.

• Develop Python-based automation scripts for monitoring, configuration validation, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with Support, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams on incident resolution, hotfixes, and releases.
• Monitor integration endpoints, identify performance bottlenecks, and ensure system reliability.
• Maintain knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call support model and drive major incident management activities.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Application/Production Support.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, Python, and SQL Server.
• Expertise in troubleshooting REST APIs, integrations, middleware, and database issues.
• Experience with healthcare applications and integration workflows (Guiding Care preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and coordinate across teams.

Preferred

• Healthcare/Payer domain experience.
• Exposure to Azure/AWS, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• ITIL knowledge and experience in a 24x7 support environment.
