Responsibilities

• Develop Python automation scripts for monitoring and validation.
• Collaborate with Support, Development, QA and Infra teams for incidents, hotfixes, and releases.
• Monitor endpoints, identify bottlenecks, and ensure reliability.
• Maintain knowledge base and support documentation.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call and lead major incident management.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.

Experience: 8.9–17 Years. Locations: Vadodara / Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai. Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 to 3 days per week from office. Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST; employees may leave the office after 7:00–8:00 PM and continue supporting from home.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Production Support Engineer (.NET) with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to support critical healthcare applications and integration workflows. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience leading production support teams, and a proactive approach to incident management, troubleshooting, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead L3 production support for Guiding Care integrations and related healthcare applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving REST APIs, middleware, application logs, integrations, and SQL databases.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement minor bug fixes/enhancements using C#/.NET.
• Develop Python-based automation scripts for monitoring, configuration validation, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with Support, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams for incident resolution, hotfixes, and releases.
• Monitor integration endpoints, identify performance bottlenecks, and ensure application reliability.
• Maintain knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call support model and lead major incident management activities.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership for production support initiatives.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Application/Production Support.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, Python, and SQL Server.
• Expertise in troubleshooting REST APIs, integrations, middleware, and database issues.
• Experience with healthcare applications and integration workflows; Guiding Care experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and coordinate across teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Healthcare/Payer domain.
• Exposure to Azure/AWS, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of ITIL and experience working in a 24x7 production support environment.
