Job summary

Qtsolv in Hyderabad requires an experienced professional for L3 production support of Guiding Care integration workflows within healthcare applications. The role involves debugging API calls, middleware logs, and SQL data issues, plus implementing minor fixes in C#/.NET and developing automation for validation/testing.

The candidate will handle root cause analysis, improve endpoint performance, and contribute to the knowledge base while participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in development for healthcare management systems.
• Strong experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server) and Guiding Care.
• Experience with claims processing, benefits management and provider network management in healthcare.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with system integrations and REST APIs.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders in high-pressure situations (incidents/outages).

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for Guiding Care integration workflows or related healthcare applications.
• Debug API calls, middleware logs, and SQL data issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and apply minor bug fixes/patches in C#/.NET.
• Develop automation scripts for configuration validation and regression testing.
• Monitor integration endpoint performance and resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain knowledge base for recurring issues and solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotation (24x7 model, flexible shifts).

Experience:

• Extensive experience in development related to healthcare management systems.
• Experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server) and Guiding Care
• Experience with claims processing, benefits management, and provider network management in the healthcare space.
• Strong familiarity with databases and writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience in system integrations, including REST APIs.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in high-pressure situation (Major incidents / Application outage)

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL, Java (for backend tasks), and working knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with web services.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent is a plus.
• US healthcare is mandatory.
• Usage of AI in Application Support
