Job summary

Randstad in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an experienced production support engineer with Healthcare domain experience to own GuidingCare integration workflows and backend services built on .NET technologies.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and hands-on work with SQL, REST APIs, and analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI; on-call rotation is included.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in development related to healthcare management systems.
• Experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server) and Guiding Care.
• Experience with claims processing, benefits management, and provider network management in the healthcare space.
• Strong familiarity with databases and writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience in system integrations, including REST APIs.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in high-pressure situations (Major incidents / Application outages)

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for Guiding Care integration workflows or any other related healthcare applications
• Debug API calls, middleware logs, and SQL data issues
• Conduct root cause analysis and apply minor bug fixes/patches in C#/.NET
• Develop automation scripts for configuration validation and regression testing
• Monitor integration endpoint performance and resolve bottlenecks
• Maintain knowledge base for recurring issues and solutions
• Participate in on-call rotation (24x7 model, flexible shifts)

Experience:
