CitiusTech is seeking a Software Engineer – Support Analyst to ensure stability and performance of business-critical applications. The role demands hands-on experience in Java, SQL, Unix/Linux, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker, with a proactive incident-resolution mindset.

The candidate will work offshore (Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Noida, Gurugram) in a Hybrid model (two days in office) and provide 24x7 coverage on a rotational basis to support global customers.

Qualifications

• 5 years of strong production support (L1/L2) experience.
• Working Knowledge in Java, Unix, Azure (Kubernetes and Dockers) & SQL.
• Willing to work in 24x7 shifts on rotational basis.
• Follow established processes for issue handling and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
• Monitor all alerts and report issues that may impact the business.
• Analyze, troubleshoot problems, provide code fixes and testing.
• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain logs of all issues and resolutions.
• Handle Critical Incidents (P1/P2) and bridge calls.
• Create/develop/utilize application monitoring solutions to improve availability.

Job Description:

• Maintain logs of all issues and ensure resolutions according to quality assurance tests for all production processes.
• Ensure on-time delivery of all assigned tasks – incidents, problem tickets, etc.
• Experience in handling Critical Incidents (P1 and P2) and Bridge call.
• Adhere to the defined support delivery process/guidelines.
• Problem Management, Incident Management, Change Management, SLA Compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, proactive, self-starter and motivated.
