Job summary

TLG Global is seeking an experienced MS Project Administrator / Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project. The role supports Project Managers by creating resource-loaded schedules, managing dependencies, performing CPM analysis, and ensuring timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders, maintain baselines, and provide scheduling insights through dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Project Scheduling or PMO.
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 or MS Project Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using MS Project.
• Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Define and maintain task dependencies, predecessors, successors, and scheduling relationships.
• Perform CPM analysis and identify schedule risks.
• Establish project baselines and monitor schedule performance.

We are seeking an experienced MS Project Administrator / Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Microsoft Project (MS Project). The ideal candidate will support Project Managers by creating accurate, resource-loaded schedules, managing task dependencies, performing critical path analysis, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project (MS Project).
• Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Define and maintain task dependencies, predecessors, successors, and scheduling relationships.
• Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and identify schedule risks.
• Establish project baselines and monitor schedule performance.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and overall progress.
• Perform resource planning, allocation, and resource leveling.
• Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, Gantt charts, and executive status reports.
• Monitor project KPIs and schedule performance metrics.
• Maintain project documentation, scheduling records, and change logs.
• Support project risk assessments and change impact analysis.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide scheduling insights.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (MS Project).
• Excellent understanding of Project Scheduling and Critical Path Method (CPM).

• Schedule base-lining, progress tracking, forecasting, and schedule recovery planning.
• Resource planning, capacity planning, and schedule optimization.
• Project risk management and change control.
• Preparing management reports, dashboards, and project performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Project Scheduling, Project Coordination, PMO, or Project Administration.
• Proven experience using Microsoft Project for project planning and schedule management.
• Experience in Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, IT, EPC, Infrastructure, or similar project-based industries is preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Microsoft Project Certification is an added advantage.
